Giulia has been exposed to sport and movement since a very young age. She has been practicing acroyoga and yoga since early 2014, when she immediately fell in love with the playfulness of acroyoga and the mindfulness of yoga. Over the years, she completed her 200 and 500hrs yoga teacher trainings, undertook three acrobatics and acroyoga teacher trainings, completing her teaching Certificates with Partner Acrobatics and as a Level 2 AcroYoga International teacher. She is also a licensed AcroYoga Foundation Course and a Yoga Alliance 500RYT, 200E-RYT, YACEP, certified and trained in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Aerial yoga, Hatha and Yin. AcroYoga is for her a really powerful discipline that combines strength, body awareness, mutual trust and most importantly, respect for the others and the self. She perceives yoga as the practice of the self, through the self and a lifestyle as a whole.
During her extensive travels in India, South-East Asia, Pacific, Central America and Europe, she had the opportunity to practice and meet acroyoga and yoga communities from all over the world, enriching her practice and teaching style. Her mission is to spread this beautiful practice and to share it with whoever crosses her path. Her wish is to continue exploring and learning from different disciplines, schools and inspiring humans, all the while growing as an acroyoga and yoga teacher and movement practitioner.
