Maider has started practicing pilates and yoga over 10 years ago and both practices quickly became an integral part of her life.
She's trained in Pilates Mat Level I and II and have completed over 500hrs of Yoga teacher training in a variety of styles: Hatha, Vinyasa, Mandala, Yin, Restorative and Myofascial Movement. All these styles have a great influence on her teaching.
Always excited to share the benefits of both these practices, she teaches with a light-hearted approach and relates to her students with warmth, respect and awe for they are her greatest teachers.
Her intention is to make the practice safe, accessible and interesting and to have a bit of fun along the way!
