Beginners Yoga Series 2

4-Week Course with Nik Quaife

Tuesdays at 6pm - 7pm


This new 4-class series will build on the basic building blocks explored in the Beginners 1 series and deepen your yoga practice with essential alignment and carefully considered flow.


Week 1: The Core: Moving from our centre

Week 2: Down-Dog / Up-Dog: we deconstruct and rebuild two of the most commonly-practiced poses Week 3: Shoulder & Hips / Wrists & Angles: we explore the beautiful symmetry of the human body Week 4: Seated Poses & Restorative: grounding to rest.

Not suitable for complete beginners.

Attendance at Beginners 1 recommended but not required.

Some props suggested.
