Does your outer world reflect your inner one?
The breath is a pivotal tool in the creation of a more easeful, Sattvic state in body & mind. From nervous system regulation, to calming the mind and increasing energy levels, building awareness into our breathing patterns is a crucial step on the path to living a more balanced life.
According to the Yoga tradition, the only thing which trumps the impact of the breath - is MANTRA.
When we use the breath intentionally, we can begin to cultivate a deeper capacity to express, communicate & approach life with heart, rather than with hesitation. Once we reach this state, the use of Mantra helps us to redirect & reaffirm thought patterns, beliefs & habits to ensure we can continue down this path.
Using pranayama (yogic breathing) techniques and the Sanskrit vocal mantra practices of Bhakti Yoga (the Yoga of devotion), this workshop will explore how to reconnect the head & the heart through the Space which exists in between them - your Voice.
