In this workshop we will explore how we an use our breathing to find calm and clarity in times of challenge.


We will examine the anatomy of the respiratory system, how our breathing is linked with our nervous system, and how we can use our breathing as a tool for self-regulation and self enquiry.


Suitable for everyone, including beginners.
