Saturday, 11th of March
12pm - 3pm
with Dr. Johanna Clancy & Dr. Marese McDonnell

The workshop is focused on your emotional well-being during the transition to motherhood. We have developed content formed on evidence-based strategies in clinical psychology.
During the workshop, we will share our knowledge to give you the best possible start to your parenting journey. This workshop is for expectant mothers.
What does this look like?
You will be offered a 3-hour workshop, with a break halfway for refreshments. We find that a tea/coffee/chocolate break is a great time for attendees to get some informal time with us to ask questions, or to chat with other women who are at a similar stage in their parenting journey and pregnancy.
Workshop content includes, but is not limited to:
Education and information on psychological experiences in pregnancy
Preparing for the transition to parenthood
Mentally preparing for labour and delivery
Coping with postpartum emotional experiences
Supporting relationships during the perinatal period
Attachment and attunement with your baby
In-session examples of helpful skills and tools
Delivery and Q&A by two senior clinical psychologists
PDF access to course materials
