6-Week Mindfulness Based Resilience Program

It requires conscious effort to build resilience and thrive in a world that will continually present you with opposing elements: Ups and downs, opportunities and threats, stimulus and response, freedom and lockdown!
This six week course is designed to give you the toolkit you need to build your capacity for it all.
Grounding - The Art of Calm takes the key tools of Mindfulness and combines them with the best practices and insights from resilience research in Positive Psychology.
Combining the best tools from both these disciplines will build your tolerance for whatever comes at you by developing a steadiness, an optimism, a hope and an ease amongst it all.
Weekly online classes will include meditation practice, teachings and exercises to highlight your habitual thinking styles, strengthen coping skills and cultivate a growth mindset.
No one ever said it would be easy and it's not, today we need all the help we can get. So for a small commitment of your time, 1.5 hours a week for the next six weeks, this new toolkit will gift you back countless hours of calm for the rest of your life.

Sheana Keane is a psychologist with a passion – to help people understand that knowledge of how the brain and mind works has a positive impact on our feelings, emotions, behaviours and engagements with one another.
Sheana passionately believes that this knowledge and practice, when taught in the right places and spaces, has the power to change the world.
Sheana holds an MA in Social and Organisational Psychology and an MSc in Mindfulness Psychology, is a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland and the Mindfulness Teachers Network of Ireland.
