Restorative Yoga is a restful practice in which asanas are held longer than in Yang Yoga. Using various props while in the poses, it almost feels the practice is effortless.
The intention is to allow the mind and body to come together as a union.
This 90 minute Restorative Workshop will leave you feeling rested and revitalized. Grab your pillows, bolsters, blankets, blocks and a comfortable space where you can completely relax.
Reeta will guide you through various Restorative poses that aid in releasing toxins, stress and relax your body and mind allowing you permission to surrender.
We will end the class with Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) into Savasana to ensure you mindfully float into the remainder of your evening.
This class is suitable for all levels including beginners and any one who could use some Rest and Relaxation.
A recording of the workshop will be sent to you and will be available for 7 days.
