Tao Yin - also known as Taoist Yoga is a form of energy enlivening exercise which develops flexibility, strength, resiliency and suppleness of the spine.
It improves elasticity of the tendons and psoas muscle, which offers a new command of movement – one that embodies ease and a renewed sense of vigour.
