This 3 week online course will help you get back into a strong September routine, building strength through yoga, meditation, breathwork and visualisation.
Join our early morning 6.45 tribe to start your day cool, calm and collected.
Yoga - Visualisation - Meditation - Breathwork
We'll start with a 30 minute gentle flow suitable for all levels.
After that, we'll move into a 15 minute seated practice, consisting of a visualisation of your previous day, bringing conscious awareness to your own life to discover if you're living in alignment with what your truly value.
We'll then do either a guided meditation or breathwork. Ending the practice with some gratitude and an uplifting visualisation of your big dreams and goals.
This practice will have you bouncing into your day feeling relaxed, focused and excited for what the day will bring.

The recordings are sent out every morning around 7.45am so if you can't make the class, you can still do the practice at a time that suits you.
