Sarah Hagan

Sarah started practicing yoga as a de-stress mechanism during her first year of college. She deepened her practice on completing her first teacher training while traveling Nepal in 2017. She travelled to India a year later, where she completed her 300hr YTT in the lineages of Hatha and Ashtanga with a focus on therapeutic yoga. She also completed a Movement Mapping training with Justin Wolfer in September 2019.

As a biochemistry graduate, she is interested in the chemistry altering effects breathwork, conscious movement and meditation have on the body and mind. Her classes are strongly alignment focused threaded with elements of softness, surrender and connection to true potential. She encourages an engagement in conversation between the body and the breath.

After attending women's circles and thus researching deeper the connection between the moon cycle and menstrual cycle, Sarah became interested in womb yoga and took an online training with the Red School. She hopes to embark on another India trip at the end of this year to complete both a therapeutic yoga course and a tantra training.

Sarah enjoys cooking for friends, hiking, Haruki Murakami and sea swimming.
