Sarah McKenna

Sarah’s dedicated yoga practice led her naturally to complete her 200hr training in 2018. She vividly remembers her first yoga practice many years ago - a restorative class on a rainy Friday evening and knows that experience shaped her life to come.

She has undertaken further training in Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, Mudra and Restorative Yoga and is currently training in Yoga for Trauma, Depression & Anxiety. Sarah truly believes yoga is for everyone and is so grateful to be part of such a vibrant community in Dublin.
