Friday, 23rd of Oct. 7.30pm - 9pm Tickets: €35 Book now with Ché Fegan

As the seasons begin to shift, this is your invitation to slow down, turn inward & reconnect with your body. Through intuitive, yoga-inspired and somatic movement, we’ll move, stretch, shake and breathe — bringing your attention out of the busy mind and back into the physical body. The intention isn’t to achieve perfect poses or get things ‘right’. Instead, we’ll explore movement in a way that feels good, while creating space to become more aware of what the body is telling us.

From there, we’ll move into a guided somatic breathwork journey, exploring different rhythms and patterns of breath to deepen the experience, cultivate body awareness and create space for whatever might want to move, soften or release. We’ll then slow everything right down and allow time for integration. You’ll be invited to lie back, get comfortable & simply receive — resting in a deeply restorative sound bath with Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and vibration. An opportunity to pause, listen and feel, without needing to do anything at all.

This is a little different from your usual yoga or breathwork class, and that’s the point.

No previous experience is needed, just come as you are, with curiosity, and allow yourself to take whatever you need from the experience.
