Embodied Rest: A Sound Journey
- 2 min read
Sunday, August 9th
2pm - 4pm
Tickets: €40
with Sophia Pallaro & Anya Stafford

At this session we’ll begin with some gentle embodied movement to help you arrive, settle into your body, and reconnect with yourself. To take in the late summer light and the kindness the year has shown us so far.
Sophia will help you slow down into restful restorative positions while Anya will be playing crystal bowls, chimes, and found sounds to support deep listening and self awareness. This liminal sound bath and movement experience offers a space to listen deeply, allowing
the body, breath and senses to soften. As we move through Lughnasa, it’s a time to connect
with your own harvest - the seeds you’ve planted, what has come into bloom, and what you’ll carry with you into the coming season.
We’ll end by taking time to gently integrate the practice, resting together afterwards with a cup of Tilia (lime) tea foraged from an old tree in Kildare.
