Drawing on over a decade of retreat leadership across Bali, Morocco, Portugal, and Canada, BiBi brings her signature work into this intimate one-day immersion that invites you back into your own inner capacity and a renewed sense of possibility and excitement for life.

How to prepare:
- Bring a notepad & pen, even if you’re not a ‘journal-er’
- Slim-line your schedule the week prior to our retreat. This will help you initiate the process early and go deeper when we meet.
- Please arrive 30min early on the day, so you can settle and orient yourself and your nervous system in The Space.
- If possible, keep the evening free to have time to yourself and an early night
- The following day, have some time to yourself to process, as insights usually drop in the days post-retreat.
Retreat Day sample schedule:
-11am: Welcome tea & nibbles -11:15am - 1:50pm: Morning practice of movement, breathwork, asana & energetics 40 min lunch break with lunch included from our neighbours Tang -2:30pm-6pm: Afternoon practice of nervous system regulation, reiki, vision work & reflection Comfort breaks throughout the day.
