A four week course designed and led by Máirín for those who are completely new to Yoga as well as those who want to deepen their understanding of the practice.
Delivered in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere each week we will explore a series of essential postures and breathwork allowing you to progress at your own pace. The emphasis throughout the course will be on creating the space for you to engage with how the different movements feel in your body, to find what works for you in each pose, and to develop your capacity as we advance.
Máirín is a Yoga teacher and writer based in Dublin. Her various trainings in Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Womb Yoga, Yin and Prenatal in Dublin, India and the UK have created a diverse framework that she draws upon in both her classes and in her own practice.
She believes in the space for transformation with a daily practice and offers guidance and support in the development of an integrative and holistic practice that her students can create for themselves.
The course provides the increasingly important tools of breath, relaxation and guided meditation and is ideal as a complement to sports for recovery and maintaining mobility.
