Beginners Yoga Course Dublin

A three-week course designed and led by Máirín for those who are completely new to Yoga as well as those who want to deepen their understanding of the practice.


Delivered in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere each week we will explore a series of essential postures and breath-work allowing you to progress at your own pace. The emphasis throughout the course will be on creating the space for you to engage with how the different movements feel in your body, to find what works for you in each pose, and to develop your capacity as we advance.

Included in our course: To continue your practice with us we include two drop in passes to use at a time of your choosing. Dates are: 12th, 19th & 26th of January

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable Clothes

  • A Towel if you want to take a shower after class (we also rent these for €2 each in studio)

  • A reusable bottle for water

  • We have mats so no need to bring your own
