Having practised yoga for over 15 years, Sarah completed her first YTT in 2018. Since then, she’s completed 700+ hours of training in Vinyasa, Rocket and Trauma-Informed Yoga. Her teaching style is upbeat and playful, and as she’s passionate about inversions, you’ll typically find Sarah upside down!
Expect a dynamic, well-rounded practice, adaptable for all levels, that has an acute focus on the breath and optimal body alignment– allowing you to build strength while experiencing a state of flow and mental clarity.
