Yin is a lovely practice that is much lower to the ground, with no big or fancy moves, just holding postures a bit longer - and it's super chill. Scottee has been learning the ropes for three years and recently got his qualification in Yin - so he’s keen to show you what he likes about it.
In this introduction, Scottee will get us settled, offer us lots of options and before you know it - you’ll be lovely and wobbly with a cup of tea in your hand.
Beginner friendly but teachers and yoga aficionados are also welcome along for the ride, and of course, there will be time for a cup of tea, too.
GOOD TO KNOW: 1 - 3pm Time to arrive, then a look as some shapes Time for questions and working at your pace
Nice bit of cake included ACCESS STUFF: Sliding scale to make it a bit more accessible
