Join us for a deeply immersive weekend of yoga practice led by Senior International Yoga Teacher James Higgins. Centered on the energy of Bealtaine, James will lead a daily 2.5 hour practice of pranayama, Yoga & meditation followed by the space for collective reflection & integration over tea in our teashop. 

Explore the depth of your work as a practitioner & the community of those practicing with you. Refine your life path in body, mind, heart, and soul. 

Open to all levels of experience as teachers, students, artists, healing professionals, and all backgrounds of participants are welcome. 


This mindful, insightful, and meditative yoga practice weekend will engage participants at the core of their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual centers.  Through informed asana instruction, guided meditations, breath work, pranayama, symbolic imagery, visualization, psychological inspiration, and set periods of restorative time to clarify the farthest-reaching positive intentions one has for oneself and the world at large.  


James Higgins has entered over twenty-five years of teaching experience and more than thirty years of practice. He has traveled internationally offering a uniquely appealing and challenging style of Meditative Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Practice grounded in spiritual care.

With a strong emphasis on the integration of physical, mental and emotional wellness, each of his classes intends for peaceful healing and conscious evolution. Most recently, his work has focused on all things related to healing childhood trauma, understanding the brain and neuroplasticity , narcissistic abuse, codependency, dysfunctional family systems, addiction, recovery, personality disorders, plant medicines, psychedelic medicine, and healing modalities which contribute to further developing the soul.
