Join us for a deeply immersive weekend of yoga and somatic practice led by Senior International Yoga Teacher James Higgins. On the precipice of Bealtaine, James will guide a 2.5-hour journey integrating pranayama, yoga, meditation, and embodied awareness. The practice will be followed by space for collective reflection and integration over tea in our teashop.
This mindful, insightful, and meditative weekend will engage participants at the core of their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual centers. Through attuned asana instruction, somatic exploration, breathwork, guided meditations, symbolic imagery, inspired downloads, and visualization, we will cultivate clarity, strength, and empowerment. Set periods of deep rest and integration will provide the space to embody kindness toward oneself and others while clarifying the most expansive intentions for our personal and collective well-being.

ABOUT JAMES HIGGINS
James Higgins is a renowned and naturally gifted yoga instructor from The San Francisco Bay Area with twenty-five years of teaching experience in 2022. He offers a unique, inspired, and original style of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga with an emphasis on meditation, soul attunement, and deep personal healing. His teaching and practice style is slowed down in steady awareness, emotional intelligence, and technical proficiency while focused on what is meaningful in spiritual connection and self-reflection. He empowers his students to experience the very best of themselves in the body, mind, heart, and soul while gaining strength, releasing tensions, and opening further to the higher dimensions of intelligence within the depths of the heart. All his classes are curated as a journey of self-discovery, providing a safe, supportive environment infused with kindness, clarity, and love. He leads retreats and periodically offers workshop classes throughout Europe and select USA locations. He has conducted workshop classes in Austria, Switzerland, South Africa, France, Netherlands, Germany, Ireland, England, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Greece.
