Join us for a deeply immersive weekend of yoga practice led by Senior International Yoga Teacher James Higgins. Centered on the energy of Bealtaine, James will lead a 2.5-hour practice of pranayama, Yoga & meditation, followed by the space for collective reflection & integration over tea in our teashop. 

This mindful, insightful, and meditative yoga practice weekend will engage participants at the core of their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual centers.  Through informed asana instruction, guided meditations, breath work, pranayama, symbolic imagery, visualization, psychological inspiration, and set periods of restorative time to clarify the farthest-reaching positive intentions one has for oneself and the world at large.  


ABOUT JAMES HIGGINS 


James Higgins is a renowned and naturally gifted yoga instructor from The San Francisco Bay Area with twenty-five years of teaching experience in 2022. He offers a unique, inspired, and original style of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga with an emphasis on meditation, soul attunement, and deep personal healing. His teaching and practice style is slowed down in steady awareness, emotional intelligence, and technical proficiency while focused on what is meaningful in spiritual connection and self-reflection. He empowers his students to experience the very best of themselves in the body, mind, heart, and soul while gaining strength, releasing tensions, and opening further to the higher dimensions of intelligence within the depths of the heart. All his classes are curated as a journey of self-discovery, providing a safe, supportive environment infused with kindness, clarity, and love. He leads retreats and periodically offers workshop classes throughout Europe and select USA locations. He has conducted workshop classes in Austria, Switzerland, South Africa, France, Netherlands, Germany, Ireland, England, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Greece. He has presented his work at The Omega Institute, Kripalu, Tassajara Zen Mountain Center, Wanderlust Festival, 1440 Multiversity, Yoga Journal Conferences, Geneva Yoga Festival, Vienna Yoga Festival, The Chamonix Yoga Festival, and The Saint Anton Yoga Mountain Festival.
