This creative collaboration between The Space Between and Bibi Dallmann offers you the most nourishing and clarity inducing reset...in JUST ONE DAY.


Standing on over a decade of hosting and teaching retreats all over the world including Bali, Morocco, Portugal and Canada, Bibi brings her quintessential retreat material to Dublin for a one-day-experience.

A retreat-style day, where movement, rest, food, community, reflection and energy-work weave a seamless cocoon around you, in which you get to connect to a fresh version of yourself. Re-emerge at the end of the day deeply nourished, feeling lighter, brighter and more positive, so you can move forward with a renewed sense of self and lightness in your vision. What to expect:

  • BiBi’s signature Movement Practice that instantly lights up your body’s life force

  • Subtle use of energy work, that allows you to perceive and be in new ways

  • Creative line of questioning and reflection work that unveils your inner wisdom

  • An incredibly welcoming and warm-hearted environment, so you can show up as you are

We’ll be using the entire sphere of what The Space Between has to offer. The Dark Studio’s ambiance will be our retreat cocoon, offering a terrain of deep nourishment, inner reflection and sensory softness. The Light Studio’s backdrop facilitates a seamless opening into possibility, vision and joy. We’ll take our breaks in the Studio’s Tea Room, where you get to rest, re-hydrate, have chats with others or just hang and take notes. The entire day mimics the process and effect of a much longer retreat, so you can return to your own capacities and a sense of excitement about life and its possibilities. Schedule:

  • 11am: Welcome tea & brownies

  • 11:15am - 1:10pm: Asana Workshop: aligned action  (White Studio)

10 min short break

  • 1:20pm-1:50pm: Life Group Coaching: applied yoga philosophy dharma & seva

40min lunch break

  • 2:30pm- 3:30pm: Reiki + Restore: dream time 

15min short break

  • 3:45pm-4:30pm: Life Group Coaching: bring dream to life. applied yoga philosophy authentic living explored

15min short break

  • 4:45pm - 6pm: Asana Workshop: Somatic Embodiment + closing ceremony with Reiki energy blessing (Reiju)  

How to prepare:

  • Bring a notepad & pen, even if you’re not a ‘journal-er’

  • Slim-line your schedule the week prior to our retreat. This will help you initiate the process early and go deeper when we meet

  • Arrive 30min early on the day, so you can settle and orient yourself and your nervous system in The Space

  • If possible, keep the evening free to have time to yourself and an early night

  • The following day, have some time to yourself to process, as insights usually drop in the days post-retreat.
