Somatic Breathwork

Updated: May 20

Tuesday, 19th of August 7.30pm - 9pm Tickets: €35 Book now with Marisa Radha Weppner

Somatic Breathwork is a transformative practice that holds the key to unlocking tension, stress, and emotions that might be stuck in the physical body. This particular breathwork can help with anxiety, depression, trauma release, chronic pain, immune function, insomnia, while increasing energy, connection to intuition and creativity.

A Somatic Breathwork session begins with simple grounding, followed by relaxation of the body in a nourishing and supported lying down position; then we invite conscious active breathing for an extended period of time (20-30 minutes), ending with relaxation, integration and reflection. This experience of a non-ordinary state of consciousness is suitable for all healthy individuals.

We do not recommend this class if you

  • Have high blood pressure treated with prescription medication

  • Have coronary heart disease

  • Have a history of severe health issues such as heart attack or stroke or epilepsy
