with Sonas Sounds and Simon Cullen
Sunday 23rd August
8pm - 9.15pm
Join us for a virtual Sound Bath with full 3d immersive sound.
Sound baths facilitate a shift in the brain to a deeply meditative state, using a range of frequencies of different sounds, enabling inner connection, processing and even healing.
As the experience can take you deep into the subconscious a lot can be unearthed in this state. For those of you who have attended a Sound Bath you will know it can be quite personal, ranging from deep relaxation to strong energetic shifts. This will be a very tangible experience and we encourage you to listen to yourself in order to discern what's best for you.
There is such beauty in the fact this will be a collective sound healing moment as we will be sharing this journey together, so maybe hold that thought close as you go deeper and explore the feelings and emotions that may present themselves. This will be a safe space, with perimeters securing the unknown and you will be brought in and brought out by the delicate guidance of Chloe.
We've ensured the virtual experience will be as immersive a sensory experience as is possible virtually. Binaural captures sound as heard by the human ear; it creates a stereo 3D sound sensation for the listener. The binaural experience will put you as though you were in the room amongst the instruments. It is so delicate and sensitive that you will even hear Chloe rustling around the many instruments at play.
The use of over-ear headphones is highly encouraged to ensure the best quality and efficacy.
So join us on Sun 23rd Aug from the comfort of your own home on this very special journey on this very special day.
All welcome, no previous experience of meditation or Sound Baths necessary.
If you have any specific questions on the sound bath experience or expectations please get in touch with Chloe directly on email@example.com or by direct message on instagram @sonassounds
